The Health Council recommends making a second booster vaccination against COVID-19 available to people aged sixty or older who want such a second booster shot. The council wrote this in a letter to Minister Ernst Kuipers (Public Health) on Friday. The advisory body does not consider it necessary to maintain the immunity of the entire population.
