As an expert on everything related to Today Inside, Victor Vlam is somewhat concerned about the well-being of Johan Derksen. The 77-year-old TV mustache looks tired, he says. “Really bad.”

Johan Derksen is the pillar on which Today Inside and perhaps the whole of SBS 6 rests. Yet he is already 77 years old and with an average life expectancy of 80.5 years for Dutch men, there is a chance that it will stop at some point. In fact, it is a fact that we will see the TV mustache slowly deteriorate, live on television.

‘Johan very tired’

The season is far from over, but Johan already seems ready for a holiday. “I notice that with Johan,” says TV critic Victor Vlam in a message X. “He looks really tired. But the season is still two months away (including two weeks in Curaçao). So I hope he takes good care of himself.”

There is still no successor in sight for Johan. Victor himself is sometimes mentioned here and there, but Wilfred Genee does not want him in the studio. Perhaps a reconciliation will take place in Curaçao, where Victor will also travel, but as part of the Hélène Hendriks talk show De Oranjezomer.

Holidays

Johan seems to need some rest, but he still expresses strong criticism of Thomas van Groningen because he was on a skiing holiday last week. If you have a little ambition in your body, then according to Johan you don’t do that.

Viewers of VI do not agree with this. “Johan, I really think you’re a whining piece of shit,” says a certain Gaby on X. “You also have regular breaks with VI and the fact that you can’t relax and always have to be busy, that’s your problem.”

And a certain Hinler: “Old fool, everyone has the right to relaxation and vacation if he or she works a lot!”
