Ece Erken filed a complaint against Nihat Doğan and Seyhan Soylu, who she claimed damaged her reputation with the comments they made after the murder of her husband.
Ece Erken’s wife, Şafak Mahmutyazıcıoğlu, lost her life in an armed attack last month.
Early complained to the prosecutor’s office about Seyhan Soylu and Nihat Doğan, nicknamed ‘Sisi’, who made statements about him in the program they were presenting. Early also applied to the Family Court and requested protection.
According to the allegations in the petition; In the program, two names made statements such as “Ece Erken has been unlucky for the family”, “Couldn’t these dark clouds have come if Şafak had not divorced her husband?”, “Ece knows the incident”, “Ece’s pain does not justify the mistake she made in the past”.
The court decided that Soylu and Doğan should not make any words or behaviors involving violence, insult, humiliation or humiliation against Erken for a period of 1 month, and not to disturb her by means of communication.
Seyhan Soylu and Nihat Doğan will be sentenced to forced imprisonment from 3 days to 10 days if they violate the decision.
