Male hate comments posted publicly: Ikkimel doesn’t let her haters remain silent – she exposes them on Instagram. The pussy rap artist also announces the album “Popstar” for May 2026.

Rapper Ikkimel posted a post on Instagram with private messages she had received from men.

She wrote in the caption: “No one feels as much hatred towards me as deeply religious do-gooders. I know you’re not all like that. I still tolerate the pattern.”

Fotzenrap as a feminist concept

The rapper is known for feminist lyrics on a mix of hyperpop and techno beats. She describes her style of music as cunt rap. In her songs she sings provocatively and ironically about sex, drugs and parties. She likes to throw out text passages like “Football men, they’re all bums” or “Keep the leash on darling, now it’s the women’s turn,” which satirize men and toxic masculinity in particular. In “Poison Murder” she even makes plans on how best to kill men. In doing so, she reverses the male gaze and uses swear words that are often used against women against men. So she reclaimed the term “cunt” for women.

Fictional character with a political stance

Her songs represent empowerment for her listeners. Femininity and women’s bodies are often sung about, as in “Keta and Rumpus”: “Tits are full and my ass is round.” Her real name is Gaby Melina Strauß. Ikkimel is a kind of fictional character who wants to exaggerately draw attention to misogyny. According to the artist, this does not mean that as a private person she is not just as left-wing and feminist as she is in her music.

Nevertheless, there are voices who believe that her lyrics go too far and glorify drug abuse and sexualization.

Male backlash as a constant theme

Your haters are mostly men. They label her music as anti-male, which is why hateful comments keep pouring in on the rapper.

It is not the first time that Ikkimel has defended himself against this. Already on April 22nd she published a post with the hostilities that she regularly receives. Even at concerts, she repeatedly calls for a rebellion against toxic male behavior. With her new Instagram post, she shows her fans again how she regularly gets backlash because of her music.

Creative drive instead of resignation

However, she doesn’t take it all that seriously. She remains true to her line. Rather, the comments help her create further creative impetus for songs against men.

New album “Poppstar” in May 2026

A new album will be released soon. “Poppstar” is scheduled to be released on May 16, 2026. There will probably be numerous allusions to misogynistic behavior by men in the lyrics.
