Harsh words between Putin and Biden: “Sanctions against Russia would be colossal mistake”

Despite strong words, Russia has responded positively to the outcome of the telephone consultation between President Vladimir Putin and his American counterpart Joe Biden. A top adviser to the Russian leader called the 50-minute conversation “positive, constructive and candid” and a good basis for further consultations.
