Hardwell makes comeback and announces world tour

Hardwell is returning from his sabbatical after a 3.5-year absence. The DJ from Breda announced on Monday that he is going on a world tour this year and that he is coming with a new album. The album will be called Hardwell Rebels Never Die. Robbert van de Corput, as the DJ is really called, made his comeback as a surprise on Sunday evening local time with a set via a live stream during the Ultra Music Festival in Miami.

The 34-year-old DJ will be performing in several major cities worldwide this year. On December 3, Hardwell will perform in the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. Concerts are also planned in New York, Hamburg, Madrid, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Taipei, among others. Fans can already register via the DJ’s website for the presale, which starts on Tuesday at five o’clock. An hour later, the regular sale starts.

Hardwell’s new album contains fourteen songs. The release date of the album has not yet been announced. The first singles will be released on Friday.

The DJ announced in August 2018 that he would take an indefinite break because he was in danger of going under due to the workload. His last performance was during the Amsterdam Dance Event in October 2018. Then Hardwell, who was twice crowned the best DJ in the world, already promised that he would come back.
