Hard-hitting report on Schiphol crisis: ‘Staff exhausted and intimidated, management invisible for days’

Schiphol employees were completely left to their own devices by the airport and KLM during last month’s winter chaos. While passengers became aggressive and the military police had to remove staff, managers remained invisible for days.
