Hanro opens second store in New York

The lingerie supplier Hanro International GmbH has expanded its overseas presence. On Monday, the company, which belongs to Austria’s Huber Holding AG, announced that it had opened another boutique in New York in October. The new store on Madison Avenue, which has an area of 120 square meters, is already the second in the east coast metropolis and the third in the United States. The brand now has 13 flagship stores worldwide.

Hanro Managing Director Stephan Hohmann explained the background to the most recent reopening. “We know that the Upper East Side in Manhattan has the highest density of Hanro customers in the United States,” he said in a statement. “With the new store, we have succeeded in offering our customers the perfect location to experience our entire range personally.”
