It was only on Sunday that Hannover 96 presented two new managing directors with Marcus Mann and Henning Bindzus. Both signed the documents on Monday.

13 clubs from 3rd league are sufficient for second division license

As the DFL announced immediately after the deadline, all 36 professional clubs in the Bundesliga and the 2nd Bundesliga caught the deadline. For a second division license, 13 clubs from the 3rd division submitted their documents. This period had already expired on March 1st.

“In the sense of an integral and fair competition, the DFL will check in the next step in addition to the financial criteria to determine the economic performance of the 49 clubs, also sporty, legal and personnel administrative criteria,” said the DFL.
