Hannover 96 promotes interim trainer Christoph Dabrowski

Christoph Dabrowski remains the coach of the second division Hannover 96. The interim solution will look after the Lower Saxony until the end of the season. In the end, however, he suffered a bitter defeat.

Christoph Dabrowski remains head coach of the second division Hannover 96 even after the turn of the year. The Lower Saxony announced on Tuesday. Dabrowski initially looked after the team on an interim basis after separating from coach Jan Zimmermann. Now Dabrowski will be responsible until the end of the season.

Under the leadership of the 43-year-old, the Hanoverians scored three points each against Hamburger SV (1-0) and at FC Ingolstadt 04 (2-1). Only the game against Werder Bremen (1: 4) last Sunday was lost.

“In the past few weeks you could see very well that Christoph Dabrowski was just right. We are convinced that a development has started that is going in the right direction,” said 96 sports director Marcus Mann.
