The change from Christian Titz to Hannover 96 is official. The second division team presented the 54-year-old negotiations with the 1st FC Magdeburg as the new coach and successor for André Breitenreiter. Because the contract with the league competitor ran until 2026, a transfer is due.
According to the “kicker”, Hanover pays 500,000 euros according to the media reports for Titz, according to the “kicker” there are another 200,000 euros. Titz worked in Magdeburg for four and a half years and led the former European Cup winner during this time from the relegation battle of the 3rd division into the top group of the 2nd Bundesliga. In 165 games he scored an average of 1.59 points, after the end of last season he deposited his change of change in the FCM lead. There was also interest from the English championship and Schalke 04.
