Handball: DHB star moves to Metz

Handball national player Luisa Schulze is looking for a new challenge abroad.

The line runner is leaving Bundesliga club Sport-Union Neckarsulm with immediate effect and is moving to French Champions League participant Metz Handball.

The 32-year-old had previously asked for her contract to be terminated, and the club agreed to this request.

“After 15 years in Germany, I’m thrilled to be playing in the French league. Playing in the Champions League again makes me happy,” said the 132-time international, who only moved to Neckarsulm from German champions SG BBM Bietigheim last summer had changed.
