Handball Bundesliga club SC Magdeburg has achieved an important victory in the Champions League. At Industria Kielce, the German champion won 29:25 (16:10) on Wednesday evening (February 12). The best Magdeburg launchers were Felix Claar and Matthias Musche with seven goals each. The Elderstädter pushed themselves past Kielce by winning in Group B and have thus significantly improved their starting position for progress.
Kielce weakens twice in a crucial phase
With only 14 players, the SCM had traveled to Poland, and had to be in addition to the long -term injured Omar Ingi Magnusson and Oscar Bergenahl do without captain Christian O’Sullivan (knee surgery) and Albin warehouses (muscle injury).
