Only 48% of residential care centers consistently register every insulin injection given to a resident. This is apparent from the inspection report on the medication policy in residential care centres, which Flemish Minister of Welfare Hilde Crevits (CD&V) requested in response to the insulin murders in a residential care center in Oostrozebeke.
