Half of complaints to the residential care line is about the quality of care in facilities

Half of the complaints to the Flemish residential care line are about the quality of care in residential elderly care facilities. In addition, the complaints are mainly about medication and daily body care. This is evident on Thursday from the annual report of the residential care line, the contact point of the Flemish government about the elderly care facilities.
