Carnival lovers who finally got their fill four weeks ago can continue for round two this weekend. Many parades and activities that have been postponed will be made up during Half Lent. In these three places you can celebrate carnival this weekend.

Deurne
If you are a fan of illuminated parades, you can visit Deurne on Saturday evening. From a quarter to eight, illuminated cars from the Heilight Parade installed at the Vlierdenseweg in Deurne. During the fourteenth edition, visitors walk a route along the illuminated cars.

Tilburg
D’n Opstoet will march through the streets of the center of Tilburg on Sunday. Where other construction clubs have stopped work on the carnival cars in corona time, the work in Kruikenstad continued. The result can be seen on Sunday. The participants gather at the Piushaven and then travel through the center of the city.

dongen
The Dongense street parade is scheduled for Sunday in the center of Dongen. About 24 chapels and 19 carnival associations take part in the parade. On the outdoor stages of Wilhelminaplein and in the pubs, the musicians will blow their hearts out to get everyone in the carnival mood again. The Dongense Straotparade starts at one o’clock and ends at about five o’clock in the Cammeleur.
