Speculation about new sports director-coaching duo goes

Does Eintracht Braunschweig get a new sports director? According to a report, the BTSV is in exchange with a candidate. A trainer duo has to go.
Accordingly, sports managing director Benjamin Kessel has been in contact with the 42-year-old for some time. However, there is still no agreement on future commitment. In addition to the BTSV, Hertha BSC should also be interested in a sign of Hajri.
While this personnel is currently still in the floating, there is clarity elsewhere: As the BTSV announced on Wednesday afternoon, the harmony of athletic coach Janning Michels and rehabilitation trainer Alexander Bülow separates. Both contracts had expired on June 30 and are not extended. Michels has been in Braunschweig since July 2021, Bülow has been taking care of Eintracht’s injured players since September 2024.
Until further notice, Jesper Schwarz will be responsible for rehab, athletics and performance, the club said.
