Hackers discover large-scale espionage program with which Kremlin is illegally eavesdropping on Russians

Hacker collective CAXXII claims to have discovered a large-scale Russian espionage program. This would allow the Kremlin to illegally control citizens and businesses. The hackers leaked 128 gigabytes of documents from Russian internet provider Convex. “They are actively sending data to Moscow,” a hacker with knowledge of this data dump tells Kyiv Post. “It’s not just preemptive eavesdropping.”
