Günther Jauch drew the alcohol joker for this Berliner

A glass in honor, didn’t want to deny her Jauch…

Because “Who wants to be a millionaire?” Candidate Sarah Wieding on Monday evening already faltered with the fourth question, the moderator helped with high-proof. And already it went like clockwork for the Berliner.

A simple figure of speech would almost have been her undoing. For 300 euros, Günther Jauch wanted to know: “If you want to let something go, you don’t want to put it like that…?” Stir (correctly), knead, mix or shake?

Apparently, the student had never heard the saying before. While she was leaning toward the correct answer, she was only guessing. Embarrassed, the candidate had to admit to the quiz master: “Now I’m totally out of my mind.” The situation was quite embarrassing for her.

In order to get out of the act safely, she finally asked the audience and got the right answer. Nevertheless, Wieding was still very excited. When she nervously sipped her water, Jauch offered her, unsolicited and quite surprisingly: “Do you need something stronger to drink?”

The young woman didn’t need to be asked long. The only thing that mattered to her was: “The main thing is that it bangs.” As if on cue, an employee came into the studio and served the gambler a small glass with a lot of swirls.

Plum water as a “booster”

Jauch revealed about the noble drop: “This is plum water.” In fact, the schnapps got Sarah’s brain cells going. As soon as she had taken the first sip, the answers came together.

After his candidate was right again with the 32,000 euro question thanks to her telephone joker, Jauch joked in the direction of the audience: “If you want to know which drink Ms. Wieding has been having here for 20 minutes and that acts as a booster, so to speak, then look them to the RTL fan shop.”

In the end, Sarah was able to go home with 64,000 euros, and wants to use it to get her diving license, among other things. And from now on, Jauch will probably have to give his guessing foxes a schnapps more often.
