Guido Weijers received his millionth visitor to one of his performances on Tuesday evening. That happened in the Beatrix theater in Utrecht. “Thanks to everyone who was ever there and still visits shows”, the comedian from Boxmeer responds.
Weijers was surprised on Friday before his show in Almelo with the announcement that the millionth visitor would report shortly afterwards. “Then I really realized that I am privileged with those full halls. I want to make as many people as possible laugh, amaze and wonder. And preferably live in the theater.”

The millionth visitor who walked into a theater to see Guido Weijers at work was Dries Tijhuis from Utrecht. “After entering the Beatrix theater we were surprised with music, confetti and flowers.” He toasted the festive moment next to Weijers with a glass of champagne.
