Guatemala’s head of association is extradited to the USA

The President of the Guatemalan Football Association accused in the Fifa corruption scandal is extradited to the United States. A court in Guatemala City on Wednesday ordered Brayan Jiménez to be handed over to US authorities. The State Department now has 40 days to deliver him. Until then, he will remain in a military prison. The association boss’s lawyer said his client accepted the decision. However, that doesn’t mean he’s pleading guilty.
