GSK has agreed to acquire biopharmaceutical company 35Pharma for $950 million.
35Pharma is a Canada-based biopharmaceutical company conducting clinical trials, the British drugmaker announced Wednesday. The acquisition includes the therapeutic HS235, which is aimed at treating cardiopulmonary diseases.
The GSK share was temporarily trading 0.56 percent higher at GBP 22.13 in London.
