Greuther Fürth announces departure from Pululu – changes to Jagiellonia Bialystok

Move to Poland

Greuther Fürth announced the departure of Afimico Pululu. The 24-year-old center forward is moving from the 2nd Bundesliga to the Polish Ekstraklasa a year before his contract actually ends. He signed with Jagiellonia Bialystok until 2025 with an option for another season and will wear number 10 in the future.

For Pululu, the time in Fürth ends after a year and a half and 21 games in which the attacker scored a goal. He is hoping for more playing time in Poland’s first division, last season he only played 146 minutes. “It is important for Afi that he gets regular playing time,” said sporting director Rachid Azzouzi. “After we strengthened our offensive line for the coming season, it wouldn’t have been any easier for him in terms of match practice. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for Afi that he can assert himself at his new club and wish him all the best for his future.” The “Kleeblatt” had previously signed the transfers of center forward Dennis Srbeny (free transfer from Paderborn) and Tim Lemperle on loan from 1 .FC Cologne reported.
