Activist Greta Thunberg’s little sister, artist Beata Ernman, 20, shared a post on her Instagram account in which she said she was a virgin, says Expressen.
In the picture, Ernman was wearing a pink top with the English text “I’m a virgin” written on it.
I’m a proud virgin. I wanted to create something artistic with the word “virgin”. Not as a joke, but as a statement, Ernman wrote in his publication, according to Expressen.
– I want other young people to know that it’s not embarrassing to admit that you haven’t felt safe or ready yet. It’s better to wait than to do something just because you’re afraid of hurting someone’s ego or not fitting in, he continued.
Later, Ernman’s Instagram account disappeared completely. However, the publication is still visible on Ernman’s fan account on Instagram.
Ernman’s name came to light last summer when the British media highlighted the scantily clad photos and videos she posted on Instagram. Mirror commented on Ernman’s style as a joke.
Later in the summer, Ernman commented on his publicity Expressen– magazine at the Stockholm Pride event.
– I wasn’t prepared for it at all, and I didn’t know it would happen, but the Daily Mail found my video. I woke up, and I just thought, “Wow,” Ernman commented to Expressen.
Ernman suspected that the British tabloids had seen her on Instagram, and had picked her up because she is Greta Thunberg’s little sister.
– I think everyone chooses their own path, Ernman commented on the differences between the sisters.
