Great misconceptions on social media about breast cancer research: ‘downright dangerous’

Around 30 percent of women do not show up in the breast cancer screening. Sometimes on the basis of untruths that go on social media, sometimes out of fear or because of a lack of knowledge. The breast cancer hospital in the Netherlands regards it as a mission to teach everyone how things are.
