Granddaughter Wies (32) made a cookbook from grandmother Riky’s (91) recipes: ‘It’s a shame if they are lost’

Granddaughter Wies Loeffen (32) is a fan of tofu, the air fryer and Asian curries. But also from her grandmother’s stuffed pea soup and apple pie. In order not to let those family dishes go to waste, she collected the recipes of Riky Schouten (91) in a beautiful booklet full of old Dutch culinary monuments.
