Foreigners and some Russians will be able to get a COVID-certificate in Russia for six months by passing antibody tests

Foreigners and Russians who have been ill with coronavirus abroad or vaccinated with foreign vaccines will be able to receive a COVID-certificate in Russia if they have antibodies. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova at an operational meeting, RBC correspondent reports.

According to her, Russia is doing this work together with other countries, while there is no mutual recognition of vaccination certificates.
