Golden State and San Antonio remain strong

The NBA’s top teams continue to dominate the North American professional basketball league almost at will. Led by superstar Stephen Curry, defending champion Golden State Warriors defeated the Miami Heat 111-103, the 27-year-old contributing 31 points to the Warriors’ 36th straight home win. The San Antonio Spurs, however, had no problems with the 106:79 at the Brooklyn Nets. With 33 wins and only six losses, San Antonio matched the franchise record from the 2010/2011 season and also celebrated their eighth win in a row. Only the Golden State Warriors have an even better record with 36:2 wins, no other team currently has more than 26 wins under their belt.
