Bayern player gets married shortly after Christmas

The FC Bayern players are using the winter break to relax. But she still had a real highlight for a defender.
Glódís Perla Viggósdóttir got married. The Icelandic defender from FC Bayern said yes to her partner Kristófer Eggertsson. The 30-year-old, who has just extended her contract in Munich until 2028, celebrated her wedding at home.
Viggósdóttir and Eggertsson have been together for many years and got engaged in the summer of 2023. The wedding followed two and a half years later.
The couple lives together in Munich, where Viggósdóttir has been under contract since July 2021. Her husband was also a footballer and played in the Swedish city of Eskilstuna. But some time ago he ended his career and followed his partner to Bavaria.
