Despite training good professionals, Tandil had no opportunities. I migrated to Buenos Aires that same afternoon to develop a professional career”, he affirmed. And he added that, from the beginning, the company set out to create “a company that allowed people to live where they wanted” and that’s why they went “to every place where we could see a sufficient amount of talent.”

“People asked me: ‘Why in Tandil?’ and I answered: ‘Why not?’”, Englebienne said. He also told that for the creation of the new building they launched an international architecture competition in which more than 100 projects were presented. And that the chosen one reflects the sustainable vision of the company, since it is one of the first four buildings in the country certified as LEED Platinum (the highest in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), and the first outside the City of Buenos Aires.

This operation is not the only one, but it is in line with the trend among computer companies, which are seeking to develop new technological “hubs” in the interior of the country.
