Gladbach continue without Stindl and Kramer

Mönchengladbach (dpa) – Bundesliga soccer club Borussia Mönchengladbach had to do without Lars Stindl and Christoph Kramer at the start of the training week.

Captain Stindl has been out for three weeks due to a knee ligament injury. “Lars was able to run a little lap again today,” said coach Adi Hütter. Kramer is still missing due to a positive corona test, but could possibly be available again on Saturday.

For the first time, 10,000 spectators are allowed in Borussia Park for the game against FC Augsburg. Hütter hopes for great support. “It will be good for our team that there will be more fans in the stadium again. They need the support of the spectators. Especially since it is a very important game for us,” said the coach.
