A man who calls himself ‘decorative coach’ has been posting films on social media for months, on which he addresses girls and women on the street in Eindhoven, in the pub or in Efteling. The women do not know that they are being filmed and that the images are online, Omroep Brabant discovered. The man himself stays out of the picture. The people portrayed are not happy with the attention: “I really don’t want anyone, it’s something that shouldn’t happen just like that.”
The man, who speaks English and a bit of Dutch, has been active since November 2024, especially on Movelpje Platform Tiktok where he has more than thirteen thousand followers. His videos are viewed hundreds of thousands of times, one even has three million views.
The filmer uses a special camera labbil. He films women he approaches in Eindhoven. The videos are recorded on the street, in a cafe on the Stratumseind, in Efteling or at the Technical University.
Minor
He approaches women with compliments about their appearance. He often starts with ‘you look really nice’ or ‘do you have a boyfriend?’. He then angles to a telephone number, sometimes the women give that. In one video he approaches a girl in a fast food restaurant. If she indicates that she is still a minor, he drips. In Efteling he asks for a girl’s song who is dressed as a red riding hood.
Omroep Brabant spoke several women who have been filmed, they are not happy with the attention. “I was shocked when I saw it,” says one of them. She suddenly received apps from friends who had seen it on social media and immediately asked the man to remove the video. He did this. Another: “I thought so”What the fuck ‘ When I saw it, and: “What is this suddenly?”

‘Absolutely not handsome’
The women did not know that they were being filmed and that the images would appear online. Some of them also respond among the videos. One of the filmed, who was approached in a clothing store, writes: “Will you let us know next time when you record a video?”
According to the women, the man would use Ray-Ban glasses with camera and never comes into the picture. What does he look like? “He’s absolutely not handsome,” said one of the women. Another: “He’s very long. When he came to me he had glasses, but later that evening I saw him again without glasses.”
“Give no one”
Both women think it is important to warn for the man. “I hope it will stop soon,” says one of them. “I really don’t want anyone, it’s something that shouldn’t happen just like that.”
On Chatapp Telegram, the man runs a special channel where he shares ‘decorative tips’ with other men. Those tips mainly amount to: ‘Have self -confidence’:

Stop intimidation app
Are there women who have sounded the bell? The Eindhoven police and enforcers say they had not had any reports. But ‘harassing and making (sexual) allusions is covered by street intimidation. This can be reported via the Stop Intimidation app and the people who happen to this can also report to the police, “a spokesperson for the municipality said.
The café on the Stratumseind in Eindhoven, where several films have been made, indicates that it is alert to this kind of practices. The owner believes that everyone should feel comfortable in the cafe. De Efteling does not always say that he can do anything: “If we see this happening, we will address the guest about this. Unfortunately we cannot always see this and it is therefore difficult to prevent it completely,” said a spokesperson.

Reaction ‘decorative coach’
The Eindhoven University of Technology, where the man says he is studying and where he records many videos, says the man’s working method ‘greatly reject’. “It is contrary to both our campus policy and our values,” said a spokesperson. He calls on women who have been filmed to report.
The man himself initially told Omroep Brabant to be open to an interview, but to want something in return. Later he reports that a conversation for him ‘is not worth it’.
