Condom use in the Netherlands has decreased in recent years, causing the number of sexually transmitted infections (STDs) to increase, reports GGD Groningen. Groningen general practitioner Maarten Goedhart of StudentArts even speaks of “a tripling in Europe in 10 years and a doubling in the Netherlands.”
