The German handball players are challenging top favorite Denmark in the game for the European Championship title. The high-flyers around world handball player Mathias Gidsel defeated outsiders Iceland 31:28 (14:13) in an unexpectedly close semi-final and could win their third major title in a row after their triumphs at the Olympics and the World Cup.
