For the first time since 2016, the German national handball team can win the European championship title. After the semi-final victory, the DHB stars celebrated extensively in the dressing room.
After the semi-final success over Croatia (31:28) at the European Championship, the dressing room party followed for the German national handball team. This was visible on an Instagram video from Dyn.
But it’s not just Ballermann music that can be heard in the dressing room, the German Italo hit “Bella Napoli” by Roy Bianco and the Abbrunzati Boys is also apparently very popular in the dressing room. Because this song can also be heard several times in the video sequence. It is not surprising that Schluroff heats up the atmosphere with the microphone. It was already known before the start of the tournament that the 25-year-old backcourt player would be the cabin DJ.
Julian Köster had already said in the preliminary round that Schluroff seemed to suit the team’s taste. “He asked beforehand what the boys wanted to hear and is doing a reasonable job so far.”
Only backcourt player Marko Grgic was critical and found the music to be generally good, “but over the course of the tournament it might become tiring because it’s always the same music or the same sequence of music. That’s why I wear my own headphones.”
If Schluroff has reason to party again on Sunday after the final against Denmark (6 p.m. in the live ticker on t-online), Grgic will certainly not care about the order of the songs.
