The strategic collaboration is intended to support the international growth ambitions of both parties, with a strong focus on the Benelux market. GeoDynamics will continue to operate as an independent entity within Blinqx, led by founders and Managing Directors Stijn Stragier and Peter Vermeesch, who will now also become co-shareholders of Blinqx.
