More than 50 restaurants, gastronomic ventures, pastry shops and deliveries from AMBA, La Plata, Chascomús, Mar del Plata, Rosario and Viedma, come together again to share the traditions and ingredients of Japan, combining the local raw material in order to further highlight plus the flavors of Asian cuisine.
From September 7 to 14, each location will have a proposal specially designed for the occasion, with menus to enjoy on the spot or order to share at home.
