A gas leak has been discovered at the clubhouse of the rugby club on Van IJsendijkstraat in Purmerend. The Zaanstreek-Waterland safety region informs NH News that it is currently not yet clear whether the gas leak is inside or outside.
Due to the potential danger, the area around the building has been closed off, RTV Purmerend reports. As a result, through traffic cannot drive on the Van IJsendijkstraat and it is advised to drive via the Flevostraat. It is not clear whether the leak has already been fixed.
