Galatasaray President Burak Elmas, who immediately announced the election calendar because he was not released administratively in the ordinary financial general assembly, received a surprise request from the members.
Many members of the community have requested that the April 30 election be postponed to the end of May so that candidates can make a better list.
According to the news compiled by Hürriyet; Elmas, on the other hand, said, “I kept the promise I made to the general assembly. We have to make the election on the date we announced it. The club has a lot of payments and a living flow that needs to be worked. It may not be right for a management whose budget has not been approved for at least 1.5 more months.”
