The start of the new sales season marks the beginning of a lively time with many expectations. Summum’s Fall 2024 season presents a variety of styles and color schemes united by the outdoor feel of living in the Scottish Highlands.
Colors and styles
Summum’s fall season begins with a basic palette of ivory, white and black, colors that remain relevant throughout the season, enriched with tones such as orange and cassis. As the season progresses, exciting colors such as True Red, Caramel Coffee and Choco follow, complemented by Peacock, the mysterious Midnight Blue and the warm Olive Green. The collection features heavy use of wool tartans, seen in army-detailed jackets, blanket-like jackets and loose-fitting trousers, as well as luxurious knitwear made from a variety of wools, including bouclé. Silhouettes are roomy and comfortable, with feminine, smooth-fitting pants, skirts, blouses and sweaters designed to be worn over pants. Lurex accents add a touch of joy. The belt blazer enhances different looks. A striking focus on accessories is evident in bags with generous pleats, soft scarves, chic hats and balaclavas that complete the outfit.
Home in the Highlands
The campaign for the collection was photographed in the Scottish Highlands. The raw, untamed and outdoor-oriented character, combined with a natural color palette and texture variations, is reflected in the different looks of the collection. The Summum team was inspired by the atmosphere of the cottages and the strong narratives of myths and monsters set against the backdrop of life in vibrant cities such as Glasgow and Edinburgh. This color locale is reflected in the designs for autumn 2024.
Opening ceremony at the Modefabriek
Summum’s new sales season kicks off on January 21st and 22nd at MODEFABRIEK in the RAI in Amsterdam. Visitors are welcome at the Summum stand. From January 23rd to March 8th, 2024, sales will continue at the Summum HQ showroom, Gyroscoopweg 68, Amsterdam. It is recommended to make an appointment.
