Peter Fox released a new video on Tuesday (October 18) with the caption “Could this be the start of something big…?” Fans are speculating that this could be the announcement of a new record, with the words “FUTURE PINK” appearing towards the end.
Contrary to well-known clichés, in the video a woman carries a man slung over her shoulder into her hotel room. The man shows no movement. As the woman closes the door of her hotel room, you hear a loud popping of a cork and the pouring of a drink. The words “ZUKUNFT PINK” that follow and the game with the socially distorted role attributions in the video could be seen as thematic signposts for Peter Fox’s new album.

A follower comments on YouTube: “When Peter Fox releases a new album, I think I’ll cry for a week with happiness.” Another person writes: “COMEBACK OF THE YEAR”.
If the released video can indeed be seen as a precursor to the album, this would be Peter Fox’s first LP in more than a decade.

Peter Fox is back on stage solo – ready to finally shake the bacon with you again!” announced as headliner for next year.
