Mitrovic with a brace

Championship record scorer Aleksandar Mitrovic scored his 39th and 40th goals of the season with a brace, while Liverpool courted Fábio Carvalho contributed the third. After Bolton Wanderers (100 goals in 1996/97) and Manchester City (108 goals in 2001/02), the “Cottagers” could become the third team to finish the season in the English second division with more than 100 goals and in the remaining games break another goal record – currently Fulham’s goal difference is 98:37.
