However, he had to make the decision he thought was the best for the club. Above all, it was not easy for him because he has been with Siewert as a youth player since his time. “Regardless of the fact that the pain he feels is more than understandable.
“I said Jaron that this is the most difficult process of my life and that this is an overall situation that required it,” said the managing director. “I also thanked him what he wanted to hear less at the moment.”
The 57-year-old, on the other hand, described the decision against Kretzschmar as a “normal employer worker process”.
