The SC Magdeburg handball players are still undefeated in the European League.
The Bundesliga leader, who has already qualified for the round of 16, won 39:28 (20:13) at Pays d’Aix UC from France on Tuesday evening and is still leading Group C with two games to go. Only on the third day did Magdeburg miss a win at BM Logrono La Rioja (29:29).
Füchse Berlin also celebrated their seventh win in eight games. The capital city team, who also qualified early for the knockout phase, clearly defeated the Spanish representative Bidasoa Irun in group A with 35:23 (16:12) and with 14 points are tied with the table leader Wisla Plock from Poland.
TBV Lemgo Lippe scored 37:37 (17:20) against HBC Nantes in Group B. With nine points, the German cup winner is in fourth place and has already qualified for the round of 16 on March 29th and April 5th.
