From when do we speak of a genocide? And is this one? Professor: “That doesn’t even make the difference anymore. Israel goes way too far in Gaza”

For the first time, an international committee of inquiry of the United Nations judges that Israel commits a genocide in Gaza. The committee states that four out of five criteria from the genocide conversation have been fulfilled. Israel responds furiously and speaks of “lies of Hamas”, but how is such a heavy judgment actually determined and will it change something?
