A surveillance camera of a villa in the wealthy municipality of Sint-Martems-Latem, near Ghent, has filmed a burglar for half an hour as he prepares his battle. The man quietly takes his time as he searches for the weakest point in the villa’s security. “That indicates that this is probably not the first fact of the man,” says Hannelore De Coen of the Schelde-Leie police.
