It is a special weekend for the Collectif Malunés of Arne Sabbe from Torhout, because it was also the premiere of the humorous circus performance ‘Ki No Nagara’ in which choreography, acrobatics and martial arts are combined, among other things. Arne Sabbe was a regular at both Humorologie and its successor PERPLX. The premiere, which he worked on for three years, was received with a standing ovation. “That is a huge burden on my shoulders, because it has been a process of trial and error. I am happy that thinking about and puzzling over the performance is finally done,” says Sabbe. He will also perform the performance together with the collective in Bruges on April 11 and 12.
