Inspired by its residence in the city in April 2024, Sabbagh He presented a work body where the fluidity, transformation and collective connection become central axes of his artistic exploration. This exposure It marks a turning point in his career, in addition to closing the virtuous circle that implies presenting his creations in the same city where this new creative stage began to take shape.
“I began to create fluid bodies without a beginning or a clear end, in opposition to individualism. I believe in the community, to look at others to see oneself, and that is where we will find unity”explains the artist.
New York, with its marked individualistic culture, enhanced in Sabbagh the need to reaffirm the community as an essential concept. “I had already fantasized to abstract the body – that figure that was very recognizable in my previous works – but now it was about trusting myself as an artist, not as part of a system”holds.
Materiality plays a key role in this series, where painting becomes a dynamic construction space. The forms are interconnected, expand and create new narratives that transcend the individual to give birth to the collective. “The process is an essential part of the work; each gesture, each layer of painting is a trace of this search”Highlights the artist.

The exhibition reflects its interest in cinema, in particular for fragmented assembly and sequence planes of the Nouvelle Vaguand, as well as its study of the rhizomatic forms of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari. These influences gave rise to a work in which bodies and spaces dissolve and recompose in a perpetual movement, without hierarchies or fixed limits.

With this exhibition, Sabbagh consolidates one Artistic evolution that positions it in a path of greater freedom and exploration. “Moments in: Fusion towards Unison” can be visited in the General Consulate of Argentina in New York offering an approach to the work of an artist who defies the boundaries between the body, space and human connection.
