The number of registrations for an English or French course at the Center for Adult Education (CVO) Brussels fell from 842 to 10. After the savings round of the Flemish Minister of Education Zuhal Demir (N-VA), students must now pay 4 instead of 1.5 euros per lesson in “hobby training”.
