French surgeon raped young children while they are under general anesthesia: “He pleads for the most part guilty”

Joël Le Scouarnec (74) argues guilty for the vast majority of the facts. His lawyer understood that at the start of the trial in Vannes. The French ex-surgeon is on trial for sexual crimes with 299 children. The large majority was under the age of 15 and under anesthesia at the time of the facts. The crimes took place in different hospitals for 25 years.
